Terms and Conditions of Sale

This document governs the terms and conditions of use of the website and the sale of products offered by 22 Spazio Boutique, in accordance with the provisions of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended) and Legislative Decree 70/2003 on e-commerce.

2. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale

By placing an order on the website, the user declares to have read, understood and accepted these general conditions. The sales contract is concluded at the time the order is confirmed by the seller.

3. Product Features

Products are described on their respective product pages, including images, available sizes, materials and price. Images are for illustrative purposes only; slight color variations may occur depending on the device used.

4. Prices and Availability

All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are indicated separately. In the event of product unavailability, the user will be promptly informed and any payment made will be refunded.

5. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods are:

• PayPal
• Bank transfer (where available)

Payment data is processed securely through encrypted systems compliant with PCI-DSS standards.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery takes place within the timeframes indicated at checkout (generally 2–7 business days). The seller is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, notifying the seller within 48 hours. The product must be returned intact, unused and with original tags. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and verified, the seller will issue a refund within 5–10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

9. Size or Item Exchanges

Size exchanges are allowed subject to availability and must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or one different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund.

11. Liability

The seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, delays, service interruptions or damages resulting from improper use of the website.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (images, texts, logos, graphics) is the exclusive property of the seller or the respective owners and is protected by copyright laws.

13. Privacy and Data Processing

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. In the event of disputes, the competent court shall be that of the consumer (where provided by law) or that of the seller’s registered office.
