Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer a fast, secure and fully trackable shipping service for every order placed on our website.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours from payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery Time
Shipments are handled by express couriers (GLS, SDA, Bartolini, Poste, etc.). Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
• Italy (mainland): 1–3 business days
• Islands and remote areas: 2–5 business days
• Europe (where available): 3–7 business days
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
As soon as the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor the shipment in real time.
Delays or Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or exceptional events (e.g. strikes, bad weather, holidays, etc.). We recommend monitoring the shipment and contacting us if any issues arise.
Uncollected Package / Incorrect Address
In the event of an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, any additional shipping costs for resending the order will be charged to the customer.
