Returns & Refunds Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery of the item, without providing any reason.

Return Notification

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a written notification within 48 hours of receiving your order, including the following information:

• Order number
• Item(s) to be returned
• Reason (optional)

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned intact, never worn or washed, with original tags and packaging.
• Returns sent after the deadline or in unsuitable condition for resale will not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective items.

Refunds

• Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of our error or defective products.
